Betula pendula Purpurea

Height: 1,8–2,1 m

The purple birch is a deciduous tree that has become a popular ornamental tree thanks to its beautiful foliage. It can grow to 5-10m. Its decorative burgundy leaves adorn it from spring to autumn, and with the arrival of fall they turn yellow, orange and red. It prefers sunny positions and moisture, but is undemanding regarding soil. It graces gardens with its white bark, which provides a beautiful contrast in any garden. Perfect for planting on its own and, of course, in combination with other plants.
